January 24th, 2009: The Best day of our lives... Here are a few pics. that Ben my new brother in law took, when I receive the ones that our photographer Allison Davis took I will post pictures.
January 24th, 2009: The Best day of our lives... Here are a few pics. that Ben my new brother in law took, when I receive the ones that our photographer Allison Davis took I will post pictures. I guess you can say, "we took the money and ran!!" We condensed our wedding to make this possible. We went on our honeymoon to Ireland and didn't think for a second about how much we were spending (Once in a life time opportunity, right?)
From this day on my life really has been a fairytale. Everett is Amazing! I couldn't be happier... we were married in the Ogden Temple. I NEVER dreamed of being married in the Ogden temple, but it was perfect. The sealing room was the most beautiful sealing room I have even been in. Ogden is so ghetto we were kind of nervous, we didn't even wear bullet proof vests. haha. we should have!
The reason we were married in the Ogden Temple is because I wanted our sealer to be someone I knew to make it a little more personal. Elder Adams was one of the Sr. Couples in my mission. We were and still are really close, so it made it so special to have him perform this ordinence for Everett and I. I know that the words come straight from our Father in Heaven, but it was AMAZING to have him be the instrument for the Lord by sealing us together for eternity. I won't go into detail of all that was said, but not only because it was our sealing, but truly it was the most beautiful and sacred sealing I have ever witnessed. I am overwhelmed with the blessing of eternal marriage. Never in my life have I felt the spirit stronger or felt more right about doing something than I did this day in the Ogden Temple with my lovely groom!!
We didn't do anything fancy for our wedding: It was exactly what I wanted!! Truly the PERFECT day!!
After the temple we went and took some pictures and then we went to our dinner at Baggie’s. It was again perfect. We only invited close family and a few friends. We basically took the money we would have spent on our wedding party and used it for our honeymoon:) After dinner, the honeymoon began!! The first night we went to "The Inn on the Hill" Sooooo BEAUTIFUL!! Details NOT included... but let's just say it was amazing in every way, and then in the morning we were off to a great adventure in Ireland!!
I Love Everett so much and am so blessed to spend eternity with him... xoxo
